SuperKids Pediatrics maintains efforts to provide straightforward Self-Pay rates, affordable, while maintaining the highest quality of care. The self-pay rates are intended for patients without insurance, those with high insurance deductibles, or patients whose insurance is out of network.
SuperKids Pediatrics believes in patients’ right to understand the cost of care and limiting surprise bills. The average cost of a visit ranges from $75 to $228. Any estimate of charges is based on the reason for the appointment, reported by a legal guardian and age at the time of appointment. There may be variations to the estimate and the final bill, based on the level of complexity, additional problems or concerns addressed or managed, and/or additional services received at the time of the visit. Your final bill will include charges for all services provided regardless if they were included in the estimates before the encounter. Posted prices and/or estimate provided do not reflect your complete personal financial responsibility. SuperKids Pediatrics financial policy and terms apply to self-pay bills, claims and balances.

The Wellness examination fee is based on age-appropriate preventive screenings and services, regardless of patient refusal of any particular procedure. There is no discount from the Wellness Examination fee based on parent or guardian refusal of any particular recommended service offered as part of the global screenings and interventions recommended. Evaluation & Management and add-on services’ self-pay rates are for established patients only.
