How to view my payment history on my Patient Portal?
September 21, 2023Once log-in on your patient portal account, you can see a complete history of credit card payments made to SuperKids Pediatrics for healthcare visits, with links to view each receipt. The The Payment History page displays these credit card payments:
- Payments made online using the Patient Portal
- Credit card payments made during self check-in
- Credit card payments made at the front desk or over the phone
1. Log on to your Patient Portal account with your email address and password.
2. Click Billing & payments on the left side of the page.
3. Click the Payment History tab.
4. If the payment history has more than five payments, click Show n more payments at the bottom of the first page to see the next page.
5. To print the whole list of credit card payments, click the print icon at the top right of the page.
6. To display and print a receipt:
a. Click View receipt for the selected payment. A new window opens that displays the details about that single payment.
7. To display only credit card payments made during the last six months or during a recent year, click the menu at the top of the Payment History and select an option.
