Nora Grady, MSN, RN, CPNP-PC
Nora Grady is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She was born and raised in Broomall, Pennsylvania. She was inspired from a young age to join the pediatric nursing field by her mother, who has worked as a nurse in the NICU for over 30 years. Nora is passionate about working alongside families to support children through their many milestones while providing education and support to parents and caregivers. She believes that the “SuperKids Pediatrics” mission aligns with her belief that pediatric health encompasses not only physical health, but also mental, emotional, and environmental needs.
Nora Grady completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Global Health at Arizona State University with Summa Cum Laude recognition and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa honor society. She then graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in Pediatric Primary Care. She is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. She received her certification from the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. She is currently licensed in the state of Florida. Prior to joining the SuperKids team, Nora worked in a pediatric primary care practice and urgent care serving families in southern Maryland.
Nora currently resides in Palm Beach County. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading on the beach, exploring new restaurants, and attending country music concerts.

Dr. Lizaida Medina-Candelaria
Dr. Lizaida Medina-Candelaria grew up admiring her pediatric caregiver. She found it amazing that someone had the opportunity to acquire the knowledge, best resources and commitment to help kids grow healthy. She believed that her Doctor was helping her become healthier with a better chance to live a happier life helping the community as a healthy woman later on. This belief grew in Dr. Medina through her academic, medical, and professional career to become the passion that drives SuperKids Pediatrics’ mission today.
Dr. Medina completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Biology with Magna Cum Laude recognition, after which she pursued her Medical career at The University of Puerto Rico, Medical Sciences Campus. Having a strong passion for the Pediatrics field, she then completed her Internship and Residency in the Department of Pediatrics in 2011. Dr. Medina has worked as a Pediatric Hospitalist and in several Pediatric Primary Care Offices in Florida. She is currently appointed to the Medical Staff of Jupiter Medical Center and Palms West Hospital. Dr. Medina is Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Palm Beach Pediatric Society.
Dr. Medina is fully bilingual (Spanish & English). She lives in Palm Beach County with her husband, Pre-teen daughter, her Toddler son and a Super-hairy dog called Lucky. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling!

Arletys Perez, PA-C
Arletys Perez is Cuban-American certified Physician Assistant. She had her love for pediatrics rooted at an early age. Her father’s dream was to be a healthcare provider and due to the hardships in Cuba he was unable to continue studying and had to start working to help support his family. This sparked her desire to be in the medical field and fulfill her dream along with her fathers. She always envisioned herself working with children and young adults and this was solidified after her experiences shadowing and later rotating in various pediatric emergency rooms and clinics. Her goal as a PA-C is to provide the best quality of care for her patients on their journey to health embracing the “SuperKids Pediatrics” mission.
Ms. Perez completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences at Florida International University with Summa Cum Laude recognition. She then completed her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies as a continuing FIU alumni. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. She is currently licensed in the state of Florida and received her certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Ms. Perez is bilingual (Spanish and English). She currently resides in Palm Beach County with her significant other and enjoys baking, traveling, and spending time with her loved ones.

We use advanced Electronic Medical Records to better collect and analyze data along with supporting testing equipment. We will incorporate the the latest clinical pathways with easy to follow care plans and access to up to date care information through a Patient Portal. We also incorporate the latest communication digital channels to provide education news on healthy lifestyle choices as well as a safe mean for you to communicate with us.
